OLD LYME PLANNING COMMISSION
SPECIAL MEETING/WORKSHOP
THURSDAY, APRIL 11, 2013
PRESENT WERE: Robert McCarthy, Chris Kerr, Steven Ross, Stephen Martino and Alternates Don Willis and Todd Machnik. Also present were: Attorney Ed Cassella and Consulting Engineer Tom Metcalf.
Discussion – Updating Design and Construction Standards and Subdivision Regulations
The commission continued to review the revised document provided by Tom Metcalf in which he had highlighted the sections that the commission needed to address for both inconsistencies as well as to bring into compliance with current standards. The commission finished their review of the document and Attorney Cassella and Tom Metcalf will be inputting the changes and omissions agreed upon by the commission.
Kim Groves will forward a copy of the town’s Application for a Driveway Permit as well as the Driveway Permit Procedures to both Cassella and Metcalf for their review.
Reading And Approval Of The March Special Meeting Minutes
Steve Ross made a motion to waive the reading and approve the minutes as submitted. Chris Kerr seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
